DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Red River, Titus, Morris and Franklin Counties. For the Sulphur River...including Talco...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sulphur River near Talco. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of lowland areas with a few secondary roadways closed. All cattle and equipment nearby the river should be moved to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 4.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 24.0 feet Friday morning. INSTRUCTION: Do not drive cars through flooded areas. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
