DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Chambers and Liberty Counties. Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County. Trinity River at Riverside affecting Walker, Polk, San Jacinto and Trinity Counties. For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor, Goodrich, Liberty, Moss Bluff...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 135.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding continues as significant backwater up Thomas Lake floods the lowest areas in the Green Rich Shore Subdivision in Walker County with the boat ramp completely inundated. The lowest lying areas in the Deep River Plantation Subdivision and FM 980 northwest of Riverside are threatened. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 135.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 133.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 135.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 134.1 feet Monday evening. - Flood stage is 133.5 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 135.4 feet on 03/12/2015. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
smaller than raindrops.
Drizzle is characterized by fine, gently falling droplets and typically does not
impact human habitation in a negative way. The exception to this is freezing drizzle,
a condition where drizzle freezes immediately upon reaching earth's surface.
Freezing drizzle is still less dangerous than freezing rain, but can
potentially result in hazardous road conditions.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.
